Company Terms and Conditions

All rentals are month to month

Please note - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON PRE-PAYMENTS FOR CANCELLATION. Any prepayments made will not be refunded but may be applied towards a future stay.

We accept Credit or Debit card payments ONLY, no cash, check or money order accepted and we require a card to be saved on the account for recurring billing on all Monthly & Weekly rentals.

All pets must be on a leash or lead and under your control at all times. No exceptions. Guests must clean up after pets immediately. Failure to keep your pet on a leash or clean up after your pet may result in a fine and repeat offenders may be required to vacate.
